Jayson Byles is a forager with a passion for being outdoors and exploring more sustainable ways of relating to nature. He runs East Nuek Seaweeds which empowers people to reduce their environmental impact by eating wild, locally produced and seasonal seaweeds and other foods. Jayson is based in East Nuek, East Scotland.
